Editorial standards and sources

ClarityTX is published by Tulip Health Inc. Our public website explains the product and provides educational material for healthcare practitioners. It is not individualized medical advice.

Who is responsible for this content?

Articles attributed to ClarityTX are organization-authored content. Our clinical team page describes the people who contribute to the platform. A team profile or an organization byline does not mean that a named clinician individually reviewed every article.

Read the sources, not just the summary

When reviewing clinical claims, inspect the cited research and its population, methods, outcomes and limitations. A study reference does not establish that a treatment is appropriate for a particular patient. Product-generated answers and plans require practitioner review, including current prescribing information and relevant professional guidance.

Publication and update dates

Article publication dates identify when the material was first published. Last-updated dates reflect changes to page content, metadata or structured information; they do not imply that every cited study was re-reviewed on that date. Dates are recorded explicitly and are not automatically refreshed on every build.

Product comparisons and commercial interests

ClarityTX sells access to its clinical workspace. Our comparisons and buying guides therefore reflect a vendor perspective. Verify other vendors’ current capabilities, terms and prices directly, and evaluate software against the needs of your practice.

Corrections and questions

If a source is broken, a description is outdated or a statement needs clarification, contact the ClarityTX team with the page URL and the relevant passage. Please do not include patient information in a website-content inquiry.
